Terms of submission

Effective October 2026. 500 Management LLC.

These terms apply when you send an application through these pages. By sending one, you agree to them.

No guarantee

Applying does not guarantee an investment, a partnership, a meeting or a reply. Every decision follows review, a conversation and diligence, and is made by the partners in their own judgment. Any terms are decided deal by deal and only become binding in a written agreement signed by both sides.

No agreement and no duty of confidence

Sending an application does not create an agreement between you and 500 Management LLC, and does not create a duty to keep the ideas or information in it confidential. The partners read many applications and may already be working on, or later work on, businesses similar to yours. If something is confidential, do not include it. A non-disclosure agreement can be discussed if the conversation goes further.

Information that belongs to others

Do not include confidential information, trade secrets or documents that belong to your employer or to anyone else. You confirm that what you send is yours to share and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Contact

By applying you agree that 500 Management LLC may contact you by email and phone about your application. Consent to calls and texts that use automated or AI technology is separate and optional, and you can withdraw it at any time.
